Our policy in our business has been always that, “quality is the most important factor for success.” As an education provider, we understand that “we get distinctions only when our student gets distinctions and we fail when our student fails”. Using our dynamic, young team of dedicated, experienced and graduate teachers with excellent academic track records as well as with the commitment to continuous improvement, we have successfully built Donason Deen Institution (DDI) into a dynamic and progressive private school.

 

Emphasis on the highest level of integrity and adoption of transparent fee structure which is fully made known to students during the student counselling process has earned the respect of parents and students in our partnership to quality education.

 

Concerns raised to any of our staff either in person or through email (or by any other means) will be acknowledged in one working day and our commitment is to resolve the concerns within 21 working days. We also have a suitable students' redress policy for students who may have doubts. (Refer to our student complaint resolution & grievance procedures).

 

We have a panel of 4 devoted teachers. Our class sizes range from 10 to 20, depending on the type of course. Thus our students can be assured of constant attention from our professional teaching staff. We have two fully-equipped and air-conditioned classrooms of sizes of 15 and 30 square metres with a maximum teacher-to-student ratio of 1:20. All of our classrooms and facilities are approved by the FSSB for fire safety compliance.

 

Every student at DDI is a unique individual, forming part of our DDI family. At the end of the course, our students undoubtedly would have learnt to be responsible and upright citizens, well-equipped with sufficient knowledge and skills to face the challenges of the constantly changing world and to be a valuable asset to the family, the community, the nation and the world.

Donason Deen Institution (DDI) is the sister school of Donason Deen Education Centre (DDEC). DDEC was founded and registered with the Ministry of Education in 2006. It was started by a group of individuals who offered private group tuition since 1990. Thanks to the teachers’ dedication and innovative teaching methods, DDEC has since grown to a full-fledged private school. Some of the former students of DDEC are in leading roles in the community such as engineers with Boeing and with SIA, medical doctors at NUH and at KKH, as well as teachers with government schools. DDEC continues to provide excellent education courses for school students from the primary level to the tertiary level. An unparalleled track record of students' performances has allowed DDEC to grow to what it is today. DDI will strive to emulate this level of success.
